We wash reusable filters and covers, clean the evaporator coil, fan barrel, accessible drain tray and air outlet, and tidy the work area. This goes beyond a basic filter wash. The agreed scope depends on safe access and the unit design.
The proposed price is $149 for your first indoor split system and $99 for each additional indoor unit at the same address during the same visit. That is $248 for two or $347 for three. An outdoor clean is an optional $49 per unit add-on. Ducted filters and vents are quoted separately.
No. The $149 price covers one indoor split system. Add an accessible outdoor condenser clean for $49 during the same visit. We confirm access before quoting; elevated or difficult to reach units may need a different scope.
No. This service covers washable return air filters and accessible vent covers or grilles. It does not include cleaning inside ductwork, the indoor coil, roof space access or replacing filters. Tell us your filter type and vent count so we can quote the right scope.

As a planning guide, allow around an hour per indoor split system. Heavy buildup, access and the unit design can change the time required. We will confirm the expected visit length when quoting.
Cleaning is not a fault diagnosis or repair. Tell us about leaks, error codes or cooling problems before booking. Electrical work, refrigerant work, mechanical repairs and installations are outside our cleaning service.
Clear furniture and valuables from beneath the indoor unit, provide safe access and tell us about existing faults. For outdoor cleaning, clear access around the condenser. We will confirm any other preparation before the visit.
